I'm Chiara — a 200YTT certified Vinyasa teacher trained at Alba Yoga Academy, based in London with an Italian soul. My practice is anatomy-informed and neuro-backed, which means I care about how movement actually works in the body, not just how it looks.

By day I run a high-end deli in London as General Manager. By practice, I teach yoga. A world of adrenaline, late nights, and very little stillness — it's exactly why I teach the people in it.
